Group Personal Training Classes Group personal training programs make fitness fun while providing accountability, encouragement, education and social support. Small group sessions are limited to 2-4 people. This enables you to have individualized instruction and supervision from your very own certified personal trainer.
Group Personal Training involves a separate group fitness area, equipped with the latest exercise equipment. Within weeks you will notice a difference in your strength, energy, and overall fitness level.
